Canadian Securities Administrators amendments to National Instrument 24-101 and Companion Policy 24-101CP effective as of July 1, 2010
On July 1, 2010, the amendments to the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement (NI 24-101) and to Companion Policy 24-101CP Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement became effective after earlier approval by the Finance Minister.
This change was initially announced on April 16, 2010 by the CSA.
