About the survey

The annual ISF Equity Lending Survey is an important diagnostic tool driving improvement in the securities lending industry.  It is an impartial evaluation of how borrowers and lenders view each other based on feedback from industry participants.  Survey respondents evaluate each other in 11 service categories that assess quality as well as volumes.  The survey also gathers information about the securities lending market such as collateral accepted, trends, number of counterparties each respondent deals with and total average loan book size.
