New CSA insider reporting régime coming into effect
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) has announced that National Instrument 55-104 and its companion policy will come into effect on April 30, 2010. These rules will replace the previous insider reporting rules contained in various instruments and policies, and bring Canadian insider reporting practices closer to those already in place in the U.S.
