With consent from your investors, our eDistribution service provides them with online access to your disclosure documents — annual reports, proxy circulars, interim financial statements etc. For each investor who opts for this service results in significant cost savings for you through reduced postal charges and printing expenses.
Here’s how eDistribution works:
We will obtain consent from your investors who are interested in receiving your documents electronically.
When the documents are available, investors who have enrolled in the service will receive an electronic communication that includes a link to the website where the documentation are posted.
