Electronic Dividend Payments

Some issuers offer the option of having your dividends electronically deposited to your bank account.

Electronic deposit  

• Ensures you receive your dividend payment on a specific date
• Avoids any delays in mail delivery
• Eliminates the need to negotiate a cheque
  

Instructions  

1. See the list of issuers offering electronic dividend payments.
2. If the company in which you hold shares offers electronic dividend payments and you’d like to enrol, please download and complete our request for electronic dividend payment form.
3. Complete the form, including your bank account information.  If possible, please also attach a specimen cheque marked ‘void’.
4. Once you have completed the form, please have it signed by all investors.
5. Send the completed form to:
