Workbench

   Workbench is our real-time, browser-based information delivery product.  This innovative online tool provides you access to intellectual properties and your portfolio information from anywhere in the world.  It offers a highly secure environment for sharing data and a comprehensive set of tools to support your investment process including:

 

 

 

   Real-time custody

The inquiry feature gives you access to real-time custody positions and transaction information.  Inquiry lets you view your core holdings and transactions online or download the data to your computer.


Our corporate actions tools give you the ability to receive, manage and respond to all corporate action events.  You can sort by type, date and other criteria, and easily export the reports to Excel.

   Transaction processing

The transaction processing tool allows you to enter trades, transfer cash, send wires and affirm trades online.  This secure, multicurrency trade entry screen gives you the ability to set an authorization level for each user.

   Reporting

The report scheduler lets you select from a library of reports and run them on demand or schedule them to run at a specific time.  Scheduler also has the functionality to distribute reports electronically by e-mail.

The report writer gives you the ability to customize your own reports.  You can build templates with preferences such as: account/indexes, asset classes, market value, performance, standard deviations and date.  You can run reports once, or set them to run on a recurring basis.
