On Nov. 1, 2010, CIBC Mellon sold its issuer services business (stock transfer and employee share purchase plans) to Canadian Stock Transfer Company, Inc. (CST) to focus exclusively on continuing to deliver Canada’s leading asset servicing experience.
CST is currently operating the stock transfer business in the name of CIBC Mellon Trust Company during a transition period.
