Throughout 2011 I have personally met or spoken with most, if not all of our clients to listen to your priorities and discuss how we can continue to exceed your expectations. We recognize that CIBC Mellon holds a privileged responsibility as Canada’s leading asset servicing provider and inherent in that role is our commitment to earn your business every day.
In addition to the candid feedback I receive from clients, I also look to our own business results to gauge our progress. In 2011 we hit several high points: welcoming our existing and prospective clients at Sibos in Toronto, and launching market-leading products including the Canadian release of the Workbench Mobile app for the iPad. And the stellar moment - surpassing 1 $Trillion in AUA during the same year we marked our 15th anniversary of continued growth through superior client service.
